Products & Printing
Are these real pressed flowers?
Each print is a high-quality photograph of real pressed flowers, not the original plant itself. I gather, press, and carefully arrange each flower, leaf or fern, then professionally photograph the finished composition. The result is a fine art print that captures every delicate detail.
What kind of paper do you use?
Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm cotton paper. It’s acid-free and archival quality to ensure lasting colour and detail.
Are the prints limited edition?
Yes – A1 and A2 prints are collectible limited editions of 100. Each one is hand-numbered and part of a certified print run.
Do the colours look exactly like they do online?
I do my best to ensure the colours are true to life, but slight variations can occur depending on your screen settings.
Framing & Sizes
What sizes do the prints come in?
Prints are available in A4, A3, A2, and A1 sizes. Dimensions are listed in both cm and inches on the product page.
Do you offer framing?
Yes – you can choose between unframed or sustainable oak-framed options at checkout.
Can I order a custom size?
At the moment, only standard sizes are available. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to get in touch and I’ll see what’s possible.
How should I care for my print?
Keep your print out of direct sunlight and frame it using acid-free materials for long-lasting enjoyment. Avoid hanging in damp areas to protect the paper.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery times vary by location:
• UK & Europe: 1–5 working days
• North America: 2–5 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 working days
• Rest of the World: Up to 10 working days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
There are no additional charges for orders going to the UK, EU or USA. For other destinations, you may be responsible for local customs fees.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and updates as your order makes its way to you.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet shipped, I’ll do my best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. Sale items are non-returnable.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I start a return?
Just get in touch with your order number and reason for return. I’ll guide you through the next steps. Return postage is non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Will I get a full refund?
If the print is returned in its original packaging and in a condition for resale, a full refund will be given. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Sustainability
Where do you source your flowers and plants?
I use a mix of flowers from my own garden and responsibly foraged plants from local woodlands, meadows, hedgerows, and coastal areas. Everything is picked in small quantities and with great care.
Are your materials and production carbon neutral?
Yes – from paper and ink to shipping, the entire process is certified carbon neutral through my printing partner.
