Returns & Damages Policy

All orders are carefully checked before leaving our studio. When your order arrives, we kindly ask that you inspect it as soon as possible.

If your order is incorrect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. In the case of transit damage, please send photographs of the damage to the packaging and item. Having your order number to hand will help us resolve the issue quickly. 

We’ll advise you on the next steps. In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the item for a refund or replacement.

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please don’t return a damaged item before contacting us first.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In all their original packaging

  • In a condition suitable for re-sale

Please note that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please get in touch for return address. 

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
